What exactly happens to my car?
Nothing happens to it. That is the point. Your driver drives it, with you inside, from the venue to your home. It never leaves your sight and the keys come back to you at your gate.
Who is driving me?
An employed BackLeft driver. Not a gig worker. Every driver holds a DCI Certificate of Good Conduct, has passed a background check and is certified in defensive driving. You see their name, photo and vetting badge before they arrive.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa. The fare is shown before you confirm the trip, so there is nothing to discuss at the end of the night.
What if my car is damaged on the trip?
Before your driver takes the wheel, you photograph the car together. Every trip is insured. If anything changes between handover and arrival, the photos and the cover settle it.
Can your drivers handle my car?
Yes. Manual or automatic, hatchback or SUV. Drivers are trained across vehicle types, and Club members get a pod that already knows their specific car.
Why not just risk the drive?
Checkpoints across Nairobi are real, and so is everything a bad night can cost. A professional at the wheel removes the question entirely. You did the responsible thing and kept your car.
