The Club is a monthly membership for people whose weeks end the same way: a good evening out, a car at the venue, and no interest in leaving either to chance. Think private members' club, not ride app.
01 / The pod
Two to four drivers. All of them know you.
Every member is assigned a pod: a small, fixed group of vetted BackLeft drivers. When you request a trip, dispatch reaches for your pod first.
You know their face
At midnight, outside a venue, the person walking toward your car is someone you have met before. That changes everything.
Standards stay personal
Your pod is accountable to you by name. Preferences noted once are kept: route, music off, seat position restored.
02 / Priority
Thursday to Saturday, members go first.
Nairobi has busy nights and very busy nights. When demand peaks, the dispatch queue is not a lottery. Club members are matched ahead of on-demand requests, with Black members at the front.
You will not stand outside a venue at 1am watching an app spin. That is what the membership is for.

All tiers are billed monthly via M-Pesa and can be paused or cancelled any time. Per-trip fares still apply at your member rate.
04 / Events & community
Good rooms, good company, and a driver waiting outside.
The Club hosts members-only evenings across Nairobi: tastings, drives, dinners, conversations worth staying late for. Quiet rooms, good guest lists, no name tags.
Every event ends the same way. Your pod is already outside, your car is where you left it, and the night closes properly. Members hear about each event first and RSVP in the app.
