01 / The deal

The industry treats drivers as interchangeable. We hire few, train hard, and keep the people we hire. Our clients trust us with their cars because we invest in who drives them.
Insured on every trip
You are covered while you work. The trip is insured, the client's car is insured, and live ops watches every active job with an open line to you.
A path, not a plateau
Strong drivers join Club pods, where members request them by name. Pod leads earn more and help train the next intake.
02 / Requirements
What we need from you.
Valid driving licence
Clean, current and held for 5 years or more, with real night-driving experience.
DCI Certificate of Good Conduct
Current, verified directly with the issuing authority. We renew it with you on schedule.
Background and reference checks
Identity, driving record and prior employers. We call. We confirm.
Defensive driving certification
Hold it already or earn it in our training. We cover the course for hired drivers.
Manual and automatic competence
You will drive a different car every night. Assessed on both in a practical test.
Composure
Our clients meet you at the end of their night. You are calm, discreet and professional, every time.
03 / How vetting works
Four stages. No shortcuts.
Most applicants do not make it through. That is by design, and it is why members hand over their keys without a second thought.
Documents
Licence, DCI certificate, ID and references submitted and independently verified.
Road assessment
Practical test at night, in traffic, on manual and automatic, with an examiner in the back-left seat.
Training
Defensive driving, handover protocol, client conduct, app and SOS procedure. Paid training, two weeks.
Probation rides
Your first trips run with senior oversight and full telemetry review before you go solo.
Earnings are explained in full before you sign anything: base salary, night allowance and bonus structure, in writing. If a number is not on paper, it does not exist. That is our rule in both directions.
